Preview and checkout

Drafts can be saved in this browser’s session storage for recovery. Starting checkout sends your words and optional attachment to our server. Checkout attempts are retained for payment recovery until reconciled.

Public receipts

Free image exports stay on-device. New paid receipts are private by default. Creating a public link uploads free receipts and makes receipt text, screenshots, and links available to anyone with that link. Existing receipts keep their previously issued links. Keep your private management link safe: anyone with it can access your receipt and change publication settings. Turning off a public link does not erase copies already downloaded or shared, including preview images cached by messaging apps. We mark user receipts noindex, but links can still be shared. Do not include private information you do not want published.

Payments

Stripe handles payment details. SnapReceipt does not receive your card number.

Activity counts

We count actions such as template selections, previews, copied links, and file requests in daily totals. A random tab-session identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and changes each day at midnight UTC. The server keeps only a daily keyed digest for deduplication, deletes old digests and keys, and retains daily session and funnel totals. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for activity measurement. These counters do not store receipt text, screenshots, payment identifiers, IP addresses, or persistent visitor identifiers. Hosting infrastructure may maintain its own request logs. Counts are approximate, not unique-person measurements.

Contact and moderation

SnapReceipt is operated by Individuation LLC. Email individuationllc@gmail.com for privacy, support, or moderation requests. Include the public receipt link, not your private management link or payment details. A person reviews reports.

Report a receipt

Open the receipt and choose Report to flag its content for review. Owners of new receipts can turn off their public link immediately from the private management page.
